Simon Franks, Chairman

Simon Franks is the founder and Chairman of Redbus Group. Prior to establishing Redbus in 1998 Simon worked for 5 years as an investment banker with JP Morgan and BNP Paribas. Simon graduated from Manchester University.

Larry Chrisfield, Non-Executive Director

Larry Chrisfield, a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 30 years, set up and headed the UK Entertainment & Media Group of Ernst & Young. He was a leading member of the Middleton Committee and holds several industry appointments in addition to his role as a Non-Executive Director of Redbus.

Dean Dorrell, Director

Dean Dorrell graduated from the University of Nottingham with a B.A. (Hons) in Economics in 1989. He subsequently held senior investment banking roles at Nomura, BNP Paribas and Greenwich Natwest.

Alan Jacobs, Chairman Redbus Media Group

Alan Jacobs graduated from Queens’ College, Cambridge. Following qualification as a lawyer with Slaughter and May he became an investment banker holding senior roles at Schroders and Citigroup before setting up his own advisory and investment business, Jacobs Capital in 2004. He holds a number of non-executive directorships including Iceland Foods, Blue Inc., Reiss, Austin Reed and Zoggs International.

Stefan Borson, Chief Executive Redbus Media Group

Following qualification as a Solicitor in 2000 with Addleshaw Goddard, Stefan spent eight years in Corporate Finance at Investec Investment Bank specialising in advising consumer facing and technology businesses. In 2007, Stefan joined the board of Clerkenwell Ventures plc, a listed investment fund and joined Redbus in October 2009.
