What is Free cancellation policy?

During the booking process, select a bus with ‘Free Cancellation’ option & enjoy ZERO penalty in case you wish to cancel the booking.
On cancellation within the given 12 hours window before the time of departure of the bus, waiver for your cancellation will be applied automatically.

What more do I need to know?

This service is valid only on selected one-way buses booked on redBus
Free cancellation is valid only for FULL cancellation for all passengers in a booking. If you cancel the ticket partially, cancellation charges will be applied as per regular policy
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, redBus reserves the rights to deny the offer or cancel the booking. redBus shall not refund the booking amount in such cases
User agreement and privacy policy of redBus shall apply
redBus reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions
